- 1/4 cup vinegar (red wine is ideal)
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or minced
- 1/4 cup green onion
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh ﬂat-leaf parsley
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- juice of 1 lime
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
