Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup vinegar (red wine is ideal)
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced or minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • juice of 1 lime

Directions:

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
