Ingredients:

  • 8 0z. crab meat
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 2 Tbs. chopped parsley
  • 12 whole fresh, large mushrooms

Instructions:

Mix the first 5 ingredients. Wash and remove the stem from the mushrooms. Fill mushrooms with crab mixture. Bake at 350° for approximately 15 minutes. Serve.
