• 2 large peaches
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mascarpone cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh mint leaves - chopped


Cut peaches in 1/2 and remove pit. Brush peaces with olive oil. Place on grill cut side down. Grill 2 min. on each side. In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, yogurt, mascarpone. Scoop 1/4 of mixture into center of each peach. Top with mint. Serves 4!
