• 1 cup old fashioned oatmeal
  • 1 cup milk (your choice)
  • 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 tbs honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Place all ingredients into a large container and mix until combined. Pour into two smaller containers and cover with lid or plastic wrap. Place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Toppings can be added before serving. When ready to serve, thin with milk if desired. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or sliced bananas, if desired. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
