Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shrimp (peeled and deveined) 
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 green onion
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp dried dill 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp horseradish
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

Boil shrimp in boiling water until just cooked (2-3 Min). Drain and let cool. In a bowl mix together celery, onion mayonnaise, horseradish, vinegar, lemon juice and salt. Chop shrimp and add to bowl. Stir well. Scoop into lettuce leaves or bun.
