Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt (dairy-free yogurt optional)
  • 1 tblsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:

Put all ingredients in large bowl except the chicken. Mix well. Add chicken and stir so all chicken is coated with sauce. Place in fridge for at least 1 hour. Heat grill to medium heat. Shake off excess sauce and put chicken on grill and cook approximately 4 minutes per side. 

Serves about 4
