These pecan-crusted chicken breasts are one delicious bite of rich, buttery flavor and delicate crunch after another.

Ingredients 

  • 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup pecans (finely chopped)
  • ½ tsp seasoned salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 egg ( beaten)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°.
  • Beat the egg in a bowl.
  • Combine pecans, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs then press the chicken into the pecan mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken breast on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Enjoy!

Notes

Makes 4 servings. This 5-ingredient dish is perfect for any night of the week! The chicken turned out juicy and tender, full of flavor!
