Ingredients
- 1 - 4 oz boneless skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ tsp ginger
- ½ garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp plain low-fat yogurt (dairy-free yogurt optional)
- ¾ tsp lemon juice (fresh squeezed)
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- â…› tsp chili powder
- â…› tsp nutmeg
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in large bowl except the chicken. Mix well.
- Add chicken and stir so all chicken is coated with sauce.
- Place in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Shake off excess sauce, put chicken on grill, and cook for approximately 4 minutes per side.
