Zesty Cilantro and Lime Shrimp!

You can enjoy the shrimp as an appetizer, use it in some tasty shrimp tacos, or throw it on top of some whole wheat pasta or rice!

Ingredients 

  • ¾ tsp oil
  • ¼ pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • â…“ cup cilantro (just leaves)
  • ½ lime (juiced)
  • salt (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Add oil to a pan over med./high heat, add shrimp, and cook until just done (about 3 min. depending on the size of shrimp)
  • Add cilantro and lime juice and cook until cilantro is wilted.
  • Add salt to taste.
