Ingredients
- ¾ tsp oil
- ¼ pound shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- â…“ cup cilantro (just leaves)
- ½ lime (juiced)
- salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Add oil to a pan over med./high heat, add shrimp, and cook until just done (about 3 min. depending on the size of shrimp)
- Add cilantro and lime juice and cook until cilantro is wilted.
- Add salt to taste.
