Ingredients 

  • 1 zucchini (julienned)
  • ¾ cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 tsp fresh basil (chopped)
  • 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over high heat. Add zucchini and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes. Add mushrooms and basil and cook, stirring, until softened, about 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper.
