INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 avocado, ripe
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tblsp fresh lime juice
  • can add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste! If you like cilantro, a few sprigs of cilantro could be really tasty in this as well

INSTRUCTIONS:

 

Scoop out the insides of your ripe avocado and then put into a blender. Add in your plain greek yogurt and your lime juice. Blend until ingredients are well-mixed. After the mixture is blended, you can add some additional salt, pepper, garlic powder or even hot sauce to taste! We suggest putting this on top of some toast or eating it as a dip with chips or crackers.
