Ingredients
- 1 ½ banana (the riper the better!)
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ cup flour (almond, whole wheat or white)
- ¼ tsp pecans (chopped)
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips (or semi-sweet chocolate)
Instructions
- Preheat oven 375º.
- Place all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blend well.
- Stir in the chocolate chunks and the pecans.
- Pour mixture into a greased pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. You can test doneness - if a toothpick inserted comes out clean, it's done.
Notes
Makes 4 servings. Can serve it with a bit of your favorite nut butter on top.
