Ingredients
- ¼ tsp ginger root (fresh, peeled and minced)
- ¼ mango (peeled)
- ¾ tsp lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- â…› tsp cinnamon
- 1/16 tsp turmeric
- 1/16 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 ½ tsp water
Instructions
- Chop the peeled mango into small, bite-sized pieces and place into a small pot.
- Add in lime juice, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, cinnamon, and water. Simmer over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
- Take the chutney off the heat, mash up the softened fruit until it becomes a chunky texture. Spread.
