Orange, Ginger & Soy Salmon

This is an easy and healthy orange-ginger salmon marinade with sweet and bright flavors and it only takes five minutes to prep!

Ingredients 

  • ¼ lb salmon fillet
  • ¼ cup orange juice (fresh squeezed recommended)
  • 1 ½ tsp ginger (grated)
  • 1 ½ tsp soy sauce (use Braggs liquid amino for a gluten-free option)

Instructions 

  • Place salmon in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Place in fridge for 1-8 hours.
  • Remove salmon from bag and grill, broil, bake, or pan sear.
  • Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until reduced by half and slightly thickened.
  • Plate the salmon and pour sauce over it.
