This is an easy and healthy orange-ginger salmon marinade with sweet and bright flavors and it only takes five minutes to prep!

Ingredients
- ¼ lb salmon fillet
- ¼ cup orange juice (fresh squeezed recommended)
- 1 ½ tsp ginger (grated)
- 1 ½ tsp soy sauce (use Braggs liquid amino for a gluten-free option)
Instructions
- Place salmon in a large zip lock bag. Add the remaining ingredients and seal the bag. Place in fridge for 1-8 hours.
- Remove salmon from bag and grill, broil, bake, or pan sear.
- Pour the remaining marinade into a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until reduced by half and slightly thickened.
- Plate the salmon and pour sauce over it.
