Ingredients 

  • â…” cup vegetables (cooked, pick your favorites. Frozen veggies will work. )
  • 4 tsp blue cheese (crumbled )
  • â…” slice bread (cut into cubes)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 ½ tbsp flour
  • 4 tbs almond milk (can substitute cow's milk)
  • cooking spray (be sure the spray has only oil listed as ingredients. I suggest avocado or grape seed oil)

Instructions 

  • Preheat the oven to 375º and use the cooking spray to coat your casserole dish. Mix all your ingredients in a casserole dish. Place in the oven and cook for 25 minutes or until set.
