Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 cup pecans (finely chopped)
- ½ tsp seasoned salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 egg ( beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°.
- Beat the egg in a bowl.
- Combine pecans, seasoned salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
- Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs then press the chicken into the pecan mixture.
- Place the coated chicken breast on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 400º for 20-30 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165. Enjoy!
